Jynell Berkshire says, “While attending a business event last week, I noticed a gentleman walking around with a video camera talking to the attendees. The gentleman was asking a number of people if they would provide a brief testimonial of why they liked working with this business and its quality of service.

The guy then walked up to me and asked that I do the same. Of course, since I have been a patron of this business for a number of years, I was happy to oblige. I then asked the gentleman what the video was for and he replied”.
