A bipartisan group of senators are planning to offer online sales tax legislation as an amendment to a small-business tax credit bill, according to The Hill.
Senators Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.) and Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) stated that the amendment closely resembles their recently introduced Marketplace Fairness Act”.
