Greg Finn says, “Ever feel like you are seeing the same Facebook ad that you “hid” previously? Well, you aren’t crazy. You did choose to hide that ad and it is still showing up. Or, at least a near copy is. Facebook is hiding ads on a URI basis.

AllThingsD reported that the hide functionality on the ad targeting does not apply to the entire domain, rather the specific product/section/link.  This means that you may hide an ad from your retailer for a specific product/page, but not other products, categories and links from that domain. With items like FBX and advanced targeting, this can be very annoying as users simply can’t get away from ads from a given site”.
