‘YouTube Adds Embeddable Subscribe Buttons’ – ‘Mashable’

Samantha Murphy says, “YouTube is finally adding one-click embeddable Subscribe buttons to offsite pages, allowing users to subscribe to a company or individual’s channel without visiting its YouTube page.

For paid channels, the Subscribe button links to the channel pages rather than automatically subscribing users, YouTube noted in a blog entry.

The move is a part of an effort to encourage users to subscribe to more channels”.
