B2B marketers had to adapt quickly to how the internet had changed the world forever, ecommerce marketers have ridden the wave of growth just because ecommerce itself is a good idea that’s gaining broader consumer adoption.
But the gravy train is coming to an end – and it’s time for ecommerce marketers to evolve. Consumers are more demanding than ever that marketers invest in building experiences that give value before asking for it“.
