Personalization is most exciting for me. I think that we’re finally starting to see more creative personalization, but marketers are really just scratching the surface of the opportunity in this space.

First name and other simple kinds of personalization are great, but I think the focus will soon be on how we can tailor emails to the users’ overall creative experience. Personalization will become more about developing that relationship with users in their contextual scenarios rather than at the campaign level”.
