Chow says, “A couple of weeks ago, I did an episode of Driving with John Chow where I talked aboutfree traffic vs. paid traffic. The post was well received, so I want to follow up on it with another driving episode. This time, I’ll be focusing on free search engine traffic.
At the moment, all the traffic coming to John Chow dot Com is free. I am not running any paid traffic to it at this time. The majority of the free traffic comes from search engines like Google.
Free traffic takes more time to develop than paid traffic, but it is worth doing. You have a lot of margin for errors when your traffic is free. Most Internet marketers starting out have limited funds. Make too many mistakes with paid traffic, and they could go out of business before they even start. This is not to say you shouldn’t do paid traffic, before you should. I don’t believe in either or. I believe you should do both”.
