Callgen, a UK-based advertising industry has launched its first Cost-Per-Call live advert on Google.


Callgen is the first to have live adverts on Google on the cost-per-call basis.

The Kelsey Group, industry analysts, have estimated that cost-per-call could become a multi-billion dollar field over the next few years, as the lessons learned from the pay-per-click industry are applied and refined.

Any business with a phone can use cost-per-call, unllike pay-per-click where a website is necessary and precautions have to be taken against click fraud. The new model is more fraud resistant and the advertisers pay only when they get calls.

Callgen is backed by an award-winning ISP and a licensed telecoms provider, both UK-based.
