Wharton School published an article which details the various ways that Google poses as a threat to Microsoft Corp.

The recent reorganization of Microsoft Corp. was designed to streamline its bureaucracy and make the company more nimble. Wharton scholars say that this reorganization is a direct response to the fear of continued inroads made by competitors, especially Google, on Microsoft’s turf.
