Google Analytics has stopped new users from signing up for the service. The homepage of the website notifies users that they will not be able to sign up now since they have “temporarily limited the number of new sign-ups”.

Google has about 234,725 accounts already created and over 200,000 additional profiles.
Google Analytics has also removed the “Add new profile” link from the site. The “Add new profile” allowed an individual user to track almost 40 websites.
When a user tries to sign up for Google Analytics, the message displayed is “Google Analytics has experienced extremely strong demand, and as a result, we have temporarily limited the number of new signups as we increase capacity. In the meantime, please submit your name and email address and we will notify you as soon as we are ready to add new accounts. Thank you for your patience.” [Source]
