Sapient is going to acquire Planning Group International. Sapient will start a new business unit called Experience Marketing led by Gaston Legorburu, PGI’s CEO.


Sapient is going to acquire PGI for $40 million.

PGI is an integrated marketing agency providing online and offline marketing strategies and programs. Planning Group analyzes web marketing and customer behavior.

With the acquisition of PGI, Sapient will form a new business unit, Experience Marketing. Experience Marketing will be led by PGI’s CEO and managing partner Gaston Legorburu. Sapient has appointed Legorburu as a Senior Vice President.
