InfoUSA Announces 10% Increase in Q4 Revenue
InfoUSA, a database marketing services provider, has announced a 10% increase in their Quarter 4 revenue in 2005. InfoUSA’s revenue for the fourth quarter of 2005 was $98.8 million, whereas it was $90.1 million during the same quarter of 2004.

Vin Gupta, Chairman and CEO of InfoUSA, said: “We were pleased with the performance of our subscription products during fiscal 2005. By converting our small business customers to subscription and signing on a new class of customers to SalesGenie.com, we are creating a recurring revenue stream. InfoUSA’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 23 cents per common share. As of 31 Dec 2005, the company had 53,747,256 shares outstanding. The dividend is payable Feb 21, 2006 to share holders on the record on February 6th, 2006.
