IAC Reports Q4 Revenues.
IAC has reported its fourth quarter revenues. IAC had a net income of $113 million, or 33 cents per share, for the fourth quarter.

Fourth quarter revenues increased 45% to $1.76 billion compared to $1.2 billion in the fourth quarter of 2004.
Net income for 2005 was $868.2 million compared to $151.8 million in 2004.
Revenues for 2005 reached $5.75 billion, a 37% increase from $4.18 billion in 2004.
IAC acquired AskJeeves in July 2005. AskJeeve’s revenue increased 9%. AskJeeve’s share of US queries was 6.3% in December 2005, a 20% increase from 2004.
Memberships and Subscription growth saw a 21% increase in subscribers in Personals.
