Automakers to Increase Online Ad Spending by 2007
Automakers will increase their online ad spending to $2.7 billion in 2007, according to a study by eMarketer. Online advertisng accounted for 2.5% of their total ad spending in 2005.

eMarketer predicts that there will be a 35% growth in the automotive category, following a 38% growth in 2005.
eMarkater also predicts that the total online ad spending will increase from $12.9 billion in 2005 to $15.6 billion in 2006 and $17.8billion in 2007.
