The summary of the findings of The Kelsey Report include:
This year the global directory and local search market grew 3.4%. This has reached $29.7 billion.
Local search revenues including, Internet Yellow Pages, geotargeted search and on-demand advertising on mobile devices, rose 33.4%. This has amounted to $3.4 billion.
The Kelsey Forecast makes predictions every year. This year there are two new elements in the forecast:
1. global classifieds revenues
2. breakdown of revenues between fixed and performance-based revenue models
