New York Attorney General Sues Gratis Internet for eMail Privacy Breach
Eliot Spitzer, the New York attorney general, has filed a lawsuit against email lead generation firm Gratis Internet. The suit is asking for $2,000 per defendant and $500 for each New York address that received email in conflict with Gratis’ privacy policy.
