Webaroo offers “web packs” on different subjects, including sports, news, and major cities-including New York, London and Mumbai. Each subject contains relevant web pages identified by Webaroo’s algorithms.

The Webaroo software can be downloaded on a user’s laptop computer, mobile phone or other handhelds.
Webaroo plans to offer advertisers with the ability to reach customers on their laptops and mobile devices even when they are not connected to the internet.
