Google and Sony Pictures have partnered to promote Da Vinci Code.

“This is the first time the search giant has ever done a cross-promotional venture tied to the film industry”, according to Google spokeswoman Eileen Rodriguez.

Dylan Casey, brand and entertainment manager for Google, said: “This is really something new for us and we’re looking to do maybe a handful of these a year.”

Gmail Users can enter the contest through the “Da Vinci Code Quest on Google” site.
