Jamie Iannone, Director in charge of eBay Express, said: “We are taking this subset of eBay and marketing it in new ways to both existing eBay buyers and new audiences.” [Source]

eBay Express is in the “˜Preview’ mode. Sellers in the eBay affiliate program can test the site and decide whether to list their products on the site. Initially eBay Express features 10 million items for sale from existing eBay store sellers.
