Lycos has launched SecurityBar, an anti-phishing search toolbar. The SecurityBar alerts users of phishing and identity theft when they are using the internet.

SecurityBar is provided by iS3 Inc., makers of the anti-spyware solution STOP-zilla.

Lycos also offers upgrades to SecurityBar, including anti-spyware and Identity Theft Protection package.
