Google has skipped revisions of 2.49 and 2.50 as they caused a DIV positioning problem in some applications, according to Google blog.
Corrections to API include:
– “Copyright, GCopyrightCollection.getCopyrightNotice and GXslt.create() are now properly exported
– Lng-standing problem mentioned on the API group, “Polyline Accuracy Depends on Zoom Level,” is fixed
– The marker constructor GMarker is replaced by GMarker.
– The old constructor is deprecated”
