Americans conducted 6.6 billion searches in April 2006. 43.1% of all U.S. searches were conducted on Google sites, according to comScore Networks.
Findings of comScore Networks include:
– 43.1% of total U.S. searches were conducted on Google sites
– Yahoo received 28.0% of total U.S. searchers
– MSN received 12.9% of total U.S. searchers
– MySpace received 43 million search queries
– Google got 48.0% of toolbar searches and Yahoo received 47.6%.
