Technorati and Associated Press have announced an agreement to provide up-to-the-minute blog posts.

Technorati will provide blogs on recent news posts of Associated Press. AP member websites will provide a link to Technorati blogs. This functionality will be available to more than 440 AP member Web sites, according to Technorati.

David L. Sifry, founder and CEO of Technorati, said: “For virtually every story that is or could be written by a reporter of The Associated Press, there is very likely a blogger with her or his own take on the subject”. [source]

A new blog is created every second of every day and the blogosphere has been doubling in size every six months, according to Technorati data.
