Alterian has acquired Dynamisc Direct. The companies are together going to launch Dynamic Messenger.

Dynamic Messenger adds email and online marketing execution capabilities to the Alterian Marketing Suite.

With the acquisition, Alterian aims at the integration of online and database marketing.

The acquisition merges permission-based email and online marketing with database marketing operations, including modeling, campaign management, list management, analytics and reporting.

David Eldridge, CEO of Alterian, said: “The combination of an expanded Alterian Marketing Suite that encompasses online marketing with MSPs’ data, services and expertise will provide tremendous value by enabling marketers to execute highly targeted, measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns.” [Source]
