The online real estate advertising has increased by 4% since 2001, according to a new report ‘2006 Online Real Estate Advertising’ by Borrell Associates.

Key findings of Borrell Associates include:

– Real estate advertising has remained at $11.6 billion

– Home sales have slowed down

– Most agents don’t even have a Web site and also they don’t advertise online

– Online real estate advertising will grow to $2 billion by this year

– Online real estate advertising will reach to $3 billion by 2010.
