The Forrester survey involved 4000 consumers.

Forrester Research has provided the following data:
– One-fifth of surveyed people prefer to shop online
– 13% of surveyed people plan to spend more on toys
– 10% will spend more on DVDs and videos
– 27% prefer not to buy online altogether because of the prospect of dealing with returns.
– 40% of Web shoppers said that they buy online to save time
– 70% find shopping online easier than through other channels.
