Survey Findings

Key findings of the survey include:

– 85% of the online adults have purchased a particular good or service as a result of receiving such e-mails, within the past year

– 94% have received an e-mail solicitation

– 74% viewed e-mail from companies they frequently do business with as valuable

– 17% viewed e-mails from companies they’ve never done business with as valuable.
