Sunday Email Part 8
Phew. I never expect that I’m going to continue writing the “Sunday Email” series. And now, I’ve wrote Part 8.
When you’re reading it later on, please note that there are going to be grammatical errors. You see, Sunday Email reflects my personal character and it’s full of my rants, personal tips and opinions on marketing. Sometimes, opinions on life and success. Whatever it is… it’ll give you value and I want to remain the personality of me as much as I can without getting it edited.
If you’re offended by the poor grammar, my apology for that. My purpose is to share with you what I feel and know — it’s not my main concern to be impressive with correct words. 🙂
If You Lose, You Die
I have received so many emails from people who are ‘burned’ from internet marketing courses after courses. Some even blamed that the courses do not work. Well, I can agree to that because there are piles of junk floating online. If you’re not careful, you’ll be hooked to buy after reading the persuasive salesletter. Who wouldn’t. But hey, I’m sure there are a few that are good and we should give credit to those. (smile)
It sets me thinking– Are the courses the main reason why people are failing to start a profitable online business?
It couldn’t. Here’s why; there are cases of people who achieve success after learning from the SAME COURSES that were said to be lousy. So it really zooms down to how much the person desires to be successful, isn’t it?
Have you heard the statement, “When there’s a will, there’s a way.”? I believe it’s true.
What if, you’re focused to win in the business and you cannot afford to lose… otherwise, you’ll die.
Now that sounds extreme.
But that’s the lesson I’ve just learned after reading one of the chapters in Robert Kiyosaki’s book called, “Why We Want You To Be Rich”.
You see, Robert has to ‘win’ when he is in the Marine. If he doesn’t in the Vietnam war, he’ll die. It’s real combat with Vietcong sending bullets over your head.
Now if you apply that kind of mentality into business success, what you’ll get?
I bet your chance of success will be higher. Although you’re definitely not going to die if your online business fails, let your mind to unconsciously tell you that achieving success is crucial. You’ll then have a winning attitude.
I mean, if this is your mentality for success, you’re not going to be disturbed if it’s a crappy course you’ve read. Put it this way, you won’t be focusing on WHY IT WON’T WORK but what you need to do to be successful… and stay ‘alive’.
I hate the word “disappointed”
Disappointed. How do you feel after reading this word?
It’s so damn energy-driven and full of negativity. Basically, it sucks. I just don’t get it why some people enjoy using this word so much. Maybe, to express? Who knows.
Personally, I’ve been taught that your words reflect your attitude and mindset. If someone uses a negative word, he’ll probably have a negative mentality.
Can you imagine what that person is trying to stress when he uses the word “dissapointed”? Or how he is feeling at that moment of time.
Can you feel the ‘pain’ and the negative emotion attached to that? Don’t. I want you to stay positive so don’t try to feel it coz it’s ain’t healthy.
I’ll use such word if my accountant embezzles $100,000 of my money and run away. Or my staff has sold my mailing list to a spammer. Maybe, if my business partner steals all of my clients and start his own business.
But come on, should I use the word “disappointed” if the customer support of the product purchased replied back to me late?
Or should I use the word ‘disappointed’ if the product that I’ve purchased for $10 doesn’t meet my whatever nonsense expectation I have?
How about, being ‘disappointed’ because the newsletter that I’m subscribing is promoting a product that I don’t like?
How about being ‘dissapointed’ that I said it’s so bad to use this word?
Look. Let small matters be small matters because you’re a big guy. Believe it or not, I know you are because you have a dream to rich online. There are worsening things to feel disappointed with. Just think– how grateful we are compared to those who have much bigger problems to handle. They can feel disappointed all they want and “eligible” to it. Not me. I don’t want to be “eligible”.
You want to be successful?
Handle big matters, my friend. Think big (but maintain practical).
And finally, use positive and powerful words in your life. Trust me, you’ll see a drastic paradigm shift.
The Inner Circle Buddy System
No one wants to talk about this. Especially, internet marketers but I’m taking the chance to speak it out because I want you to benefit from this truth.
You would probably figure out by now that there’s a hidden “inner circle buddy system” running in the small world of internet marketing niche.
Here’s how it works:
A, B, C, D and E are in this inner circle.
A, B, C and D will promote E’s product.
B, C, D and E will promote A’s product.
And until the whole circle finish where everyone’s product get promoted. Then it starts again.
Haha. You’ll probably be grining with laughter right now or feel, silly. 🙂
Is this a wrong practice?
NO! No, no, no.
I protest and I think this is a smart way of marketing. There are people calling this a ‘scam’. That’s called, ‘networking’. Or some called it, ‘mastermind’ group. What’s wrong is when the products promoted are crappy ones. As long as they are quality, it’s totally fine because the market loves it.
Didn’t you see how much product launch are being “welcome” by the market? If it’s not, you won’t be hearing statements like, “…made one million dollar in 3 days”, “sold 1,000 copies in 48 hours”, “…generated $34,855 in a week”, etc.
But what am I ranting about since I’m agreeing to this concept?
It’s because it’ll be almost impossible for you to be in the inner circle. Maybe you can after you have bought product from A, B, C, D and E. (smile)
I say, you should create your own ‘inner circle buddy system’ with those like-minded marketers. Start your own. I mean, A, B, C, D and E do not reach where they are today– unless they have their own mini-group when they first started out.
It’s something for you to ponder if you’re planning to go into the “internet marketing niche”.
*Note: This is why I respect and admire a marketer by the name if Jimmy D. Brown. He is not part of this kind of inner circle buddy system (actively), give real value content to his customers and able to make money outside of the internet marketing niche. His latest product gets my two thumbs up recommendation.click here
If you’re outside of the internet marketing niche, START YOUR OWN inner circle buddy system right away! It’ll be even more lucrative because duplicated subscribers and customers will be less in your group.
No Product To Promote Outside Of The Internet Marketing Niche
True true. There are so many internet marketing products to promote. From courses to tools. A topic like copywriting probably has 100 courses of it. I’m not surprise that there are more easily.
If you’re already an internet marketer with existing traffic and a mailing list, congrats. You’re on your way to make big bucks. Keep on adding value to your subscribers and money will come to you.
But if you’re not, I think you should consider promoting products outside of the internet marketing niche. They could very lucrative too if done properly.
I have an internet marketing friend who made a kill promoting dating sites previously. He promoted sites like match.com and friendfinder.com on autopilot by reaching to those playing mirc.com and icq.com. Don’t ask me how he reaches them– Somehow, he’s able to create software that send messages to user automatically while he’s spending time with his family.
Then I got to know another person who started his ‘online career’ by selling Nike shoes on ebay.com. Because he was selling so successful, he ended up attracting large quantity buyers that are now buying in bulk directly from him, rather than promoting in ebay.com.
The two examples above show how promoting other people’s product outside of the internet marketing niche can be lucrative.
Don’t get me wrong– I’m not asking you not to promote internet marketing products. What I’m saying is… if you’re not in that market yet and do not have any leverage to be in it, start in niche markets so that it’s easy for you to make money online instantly.
