Remember the Last Time You Got a Job?
In just a matter of days we are going to be releasing a new product (first to our groups exclusively, then to the IM market at large) that we have been working on for well over 4 years.
Processes…
While to many, processes seem like a bunch of words, (or worse yet…work!) we have found that solid, well documented processes are liberating. With a simply laid out process, you can not only ensure that you get the most done in the least amount of time, but you can also have anyone around the world assist you in the process.
Do you remember the last time you went to get a job? When hired, one of the very first things that you engage in is some form of formalized training. With this training will come a steady stream of “policies and procedures” for everything from how to exit the building in the case of a fire to sexual harassment policies.
These procedures have not been compiled by mere chance, nor are they being taught to you for mere entertainment. Companies realize the massive value in systemization and an organized way of going about each and every element of their business. The training time required when using the “Ad Hoc” is impossible to quantify…as you would be going about it differently every single time. Conversely, a well laid out training program, complete with process maps, step-by-steps and outlines, can bring any organization (big or small) a massive amount of success…and fast!
Well, now let’s focus on your Internet Marketing business. You do things every single day. Are they documented? Do you have a step-by-step outline of how to go about specific elements of your business? Better yet, do the specific step-by-step processes that you have in your “bag of tricks” make you money?
