Google has acquired GrandCentral Communications.

GrandCentral Communications provides voice communications management services, according to Google.

GrandCentral enables users to integrate their phone numbers and voice mailboxes into one account, and access the account from the web.

GrandCentral’s technology will be integrated with the Google Google network. Google and GrandCentral are going to offer a limited number of invitations for GrandCentral beta accounts.

US telephone users can sign up for an invitation at www.grandcentral.com.
