Google is going to acquire Postini for $625 million.
Postini will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Google, according to Google.
Postini provides the following solutions:
– Email Security
– IM Security
– Web Security
– Message Archiving
– Message Encryption
– Policy-enforced TLS.
