I. From The Editor
Article marketing is a changing landscape now more than ever. In our Article Submission Tips & Tricks I will give you a quick overview of how I’m now handling submissions.
In July, I decided to test Instant Article Submitter for review purposes and my experiment did not go well. The less said the better, but I’m giving this a two thumbs down vote.
To your success,

II. Feature Article – Got Questions? Public Opinion And Q&A Sites To The Rescue
Lynn Terry, of ClickNews, recently posted on her blog about “Using Askville To Gain Targeted Traffic & Exposure”. See her post here http://tinyurl.com/32p2fb. She focuses on how you can use the question/answer and public opinion sites to get targeted traffic and exposure.
Topics on this site are wide and vary from weight loss, business, consumer electronics, education, environment and games.
Lynn’s helpful post led me to think about how these types of sites can help an article marketer. I came up with some ideas but feel free to add your own:
1. Ask Your Own Questions
Ask a question in an appropriate category and use the answers in your research.
2. Search For Questions Already Answered
Use the questions and answers for research and article ideas.
3. Find Topics
Check out the site to find which topics in your topic arena are hot. Some of these sites have a “most popular question” list that can really help you target article topics.
4. Answer Questions
Register to answer questions to further position yourself as an expert in your field.
These public opinion and Q&A sites are a goldmine for research. Bookmark the sites below and use them to your article marketing advantage.

III. Feature Review – Article Marketing Domination Review
Article Marketing Domination by Joshua Spaulding is unique in that it focuses on advanced strategies for article marketers with some experience. Joshua is the CEO of Spaulding Marketing, Inc., an Internet marketing firm that provides top-notch marketing services to small business owners.
The chapters of this 29-page, single spaced e-book include:
Introduction
About The Author
What You Must Know
Effective Article Creation
Effective Article Distribution
Studying EzineArticles.com
Marketing Your Article Marketing
Latent Semantic Indexing
Conclusion
89 E-Zines Where You Can Publish Your Articles
Valuable Resources
Closing Thoughts
Joshua opens the e-book by focusing on the changes in article marketing over the past few years. He offers his perspective as an article directory owner and as an article marketer.
Joshua covers keyword selection that will help article marketers stress less about keyword use and density. He also focuses on title creation and how to create an effective resource box.
An after-submission strategy created by Joshua helps article marketers get the most out of their submissions. This strategy is truly unique and worth the price of this e-book.
Joshua closes his e-book with a list of e-zines that accept article submissions on the topics of health, home business, travel, and home and family. He then suggests some valuable resources and closes with inspiring quotes.
Included as a bonus to your purchase of Article Marketing Domination is the software “Article Submitter” and an e-book “Write Like A Maniac”.
Joshua and I have different opinions on only two points: the importance of proper grammar and spelling in articles and the recommended length. On all other points we agree and Joshua even taught this long-time article marketer a thing or two!
I found Article Marketing Domination to be an excellent resource for article marketers who are looking for an edge over their competition.

V. Article Submission Tips & Tricks – Article Marketing Revamped
Blasting your article to thousands of Internet sites is no longer a viable strategy. Your best results will come from submitting your article to a list of targeted sites.
Submit to:
Topic Appropriate Article Newsgroups
The Top Twelve Article Directories
Topic Appropriate Sites & Blogs
Trade Associations Serving Your Target Market
This will give you a targeted submission list that will minimize the chance of your article appearing on too many sites. Your list will be smaller but more targeted and therefore more valuable.

Bonnie Jo Davis
I am a Virtual Assistant providing many services to my clients. My favorite service is article submissions. I submit articles for my clients every day and have been doing so for almost nine years.
This technique worked so well that we put other expensive marketing projects on hold so that my speaker could travel all over the world on paid speaking engagements.
Over time I discovered this amazing technique will work for people who do not consider themselves writers. It will work in print and on-line. It will work if your topic is spirituality, hobbies, family, the internet, marketing, business, etc. You name it, the possibilities are limitless! I went on to make more than 70% of my income by handling article submission projects for other professionals.
