All he started with was an idea…
We created a plan together and he took action on that plan.
To start with all that plan consisted of was creating a beta script and then testing the response of market via a very small launch.
Nothing big at the start… Just one step at a time till the product was ready to sell.
Look you have probably heard it a million times but I just can’t emphasize it enough.
If you suffer from ‘analysis paralysis’…
If you suffer from opportunitus jumpititus…
If you suffer from perfectionism…
If you have these grand ideas…
Then please listen to this.
Finding the perfect market is useless if when you find it you don’t take action…
Finding another way of making money online is useless if every 2 weeks you change direction… AGAIN.
Having a fantastic and wonderful product that is perfect but only half finished will never make any money until it’s finished and actually SELL IT!
Having many great ideas will never make you money until you create something from those ideas.
When Amir released his first beta of Xtreme Conversions I honestly thought… ‘this thing really works but boy it’s ugly’ (sorry mate that’s what I thought). But before we got the professional GUI (Graphic User Interface) that it has now, we started selling it straight away. And you know what? It sold! It sold really well. In fact he sold over 100 units in 24 hours.
Amir started making money from it immediately, which paid for all future development and he now has 3 full time and 1 part time developers and support staff helping him take Xtreme Conversions (and other products) to the next level.
Sure it wasn’t perfect… but it did what it was supposed to do and he was able to sell a ‘completed’ product (btw no product is perfect and it never hurts to update all your products regularly).
Plus he benefited from it in these 3 ways.
1) It started making him money almost immediately allowing him to hire other people.
2) It allowed him to enter a market at just the right time rather than having to wait 2 months for additional development time. ‘Money follows speed’ is a very true statement.
3) It gave him and his promoters the ‘version 2 excuse’. Nobody wants to hear about the same product over and over again… but when you add new features then you can always use this as another ‘excuse’ to tell your prospect list about this fantastic new and improved product.
