– Fees revenues: $224 million
– Revenues excluding traffic acquisition costs (“TAC”): $1,283 million
– Gross profit: $1,027 million
– Operating income for the third quarter of 2007: $150 million
– Net income for the third quarter of 2007: $151 million or $0.11 per diluted share
– Non-GAAP net income: $238 million or $0.17 per diluted share
– United States segment revenues: $1,195 million
– International segment revenues: $573 million.
