Thanks Giving Gift

I just wrote this piece for my newsletter that goes out to all of my representatives in a very popular program of mine, Ticket to Wealth (check out my Ticket to Wealth Gold program now — you won’t be sorry you joined — it’s at http://www.TheTicket2Wealth.com ).

It said what I’m feeling so well, I thought I would repeat it here, because I feel this way about you, too!

I wanted to personally wish all of my U.S. clients, customers and representatives a hearty Happy Thanksgiving! I know it’s a week early — but we won’t be publishing an edition of this newsletter next week as the offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, and I wanted to make sure you knew I appreciate ALL of you and I am thankful for you being here with me and
supporting all that I do.

This is a time of year when all Americans should pause a moment and reflect on all the wonderful advantages and benefits we have, living in one of the greatest nations on earth, with privileges and rights offered to few people elsewhere.

Despite all the problems and concerns ahead, there is a reason why our borders are broken and so many people do all they can to come here. Those reasons are all the things you have to be thankful for — things you might often find hard to see because you have the honor of living with them every day.

But — do me a favor and, from this point forward, don’t wait until Thanksgiving to think about this. Do it EVERY DAY.

I wake up every morning and thank God for all the blessings I have in my life. I don’t care how bad things have been going or what struggles I’ve been fighting my way through, there is always plenty that I can find to be thankful for.

For example:

* If you slept in a comfy bed.

* If you had a roof over your head.

* If you’re able to toast some bread.

* If you don’t wake up dead.

There’s four to start with (sorry — they’re so powerful I couldn’t help rhyming a bit). I can usually, thinking this way, start every day with about ten good reasons to be thankful.

When you’re truly thankful for EVERYTHING you have, what you don’t have fades into the background. Troubles you’ve experienced or might be experiencing right now seem more trivial.

Thinking this way, it’s difficult to NOT feel lucky — and that feeling helps lead you to opportunities. It opens your receptors and prepares them for even MORE of what you have because you truly APPRECIATE it.

Then — if you REALLY want to build on this (and I recommend that you do), make a point of helping someone else who is less fortunate than you — every day.

I don’t think I have to tell you that, no matter what you lack or suffer, there are others who lack more and suffer worse than you. Give them a hand and, likewise, there will be a hand awaiting you when you’re in need.

Again, I’m thankful for you, for your continued support, and for all that you’ve done to improve your life and the lives of others. Let’s keep it up and we’ll have a LOT more to be thankful for NEXT Thanksgiving and throughout the year getting there.

As I said, above, there won’t be an issue of E-Wealth Report published next week. We’ll be closed for the holiday, relaxing a bit and enjoying some all-too-precious time with family and friends. I sincerely hope you will be, too — and that you’ll also realize that those family and friends are also something you should be very thankful for.
