Robert says, “Despite doing this marketing online thing for 5 years it still amazes me how much I don’t know. I had the privilege of sitting in on a management meeting at the Mike Filsaime headquarters, I’m not going to divulge what was said because it was confidential, and as i say it was a privilege, but I have to say I came away with a whole lot of stuff to do on my business that I wouldn’t have thought of”.
