‘TeleSeminar Nation’ Launched
TeleSeminar Nation, the first social networking site for people who teach and learn via teleseminars, has launched. TeleSeminar Nation features an event calendar and news feed specific to teleseminars, as well as downloadable media and customizable profile pages.
Co-Founder Dan Safkow created the site to foster more interaction between teleseminar students and teachers. Dan adds, “I think we’re in a midst of shift with regard to social media, where people will prefer a more intimate and focused experience. Facebook and MySpace are vast and there’s no real sense of community. I think TeleSeminar Nation fills a void in the social networking space for people who have a strong affinity for tele-education.”
TeleSeminar nation is free to all users.
