During the year, I spend a lot of time talking with System grads about their progress. I learn a lot from these calls.Sometimes I tape them.This year I had an amazing conversation with one of my students who is in a plain vanilla, business-to-business marketplace.Right now a lot of his competitors are pulling back, but he’s still growing fast. His annual revenue is in the millions of dollars.

But just five short years ago, he was really struggling. In this call, he talks about what made the difference and we go into detail on all the essential items every business needs to succeed.
