Firefox Exceeds 50% of All Visitors

For the first time ever, Firefox exceeded 50% of the traffic to my site. Last month it had a grand total of 50.91% total visitors.

Explorer was down to 36.63%. The sad part is that I’m still seeing websites that state, this website is best viewed with Explorer 6.0 or higher.

That’s the equivalent of saying this website is best viewed with a bag on your head and a finger up your *.

So if you come across a website like that, please tell the owner how silly they look, not to mention that they are willingly alienating half of all traffic.

And finally dial up traffic fell to just 1.83% of all visitors. Note to fossils creating TV and radio ads,stop saying “log on” to our website. You don’t “log on” to the internet anymore… it’s always “on.”

Think of the smart Sears slogan… call, click or come in. That pretty much says it all.
