In his latest email Rod Beckwith talks on “New Features added to Butterfly Reports”.

We have been busy adding new features to Butterfly Reports from your requests and poll responses.

1. Upload your branded reports to Scribd.com You can now upload your branded reports directly to www.scribd.com and get some great rankings.

Simply add your scribd.com user id to your account and the next time you brand a report, it will give you the option to upload to scribd.com. You will still need to add a description and keyword list, but it takes a huge step out of the way.

We will be adding other sites soon.

2. Keyword lists for reports. Authors can now add promotional keyword lists that will be associate to their reports so that people who promote them will have relevant keywords to use to promote the reports.

Go to your report editor and you will notice a new open form at the bottom of the editor page that will allow you to add keywords to your reports that other members can get just before they brand their report.
