What People Want to Buy Today

If you want to do well in this slowing economy, you need to be selling the kinds of things people who are still spending money, want to buy.

One quick way to find that out is to go to http://www.hotlister.com

When you get there, choose one of the categories you’re interested in.

I suggest starting by choosing ‘books’.

Then click ‘create hotlist’.

The results will show you the best selling items in the selected category on eBay.

These are the things people are buying right now.  The things they are still spending money on.

And knowing what people are buying right now gives you a big heads-up on what you might want to be selling.

Using http://www.hotlister.com is a great way to find those hidden niches you’ve forgotten or never known about.

And when you do the above search on the books category, I think you’ll be enlightened by the results.

I sure was.
