Nadreau says, “No matter how you look at it, writing for rankings has a serious flaw. People use search engines to find stuff, so to get traffic, we assume we need to get our stuff on the search engines.

But on one hand, getting as much content on your page might get you rankings with the search engines. Yet on the other, in being so systematic about writing for rankings, no one cares about what you’ve written, because it just isn’t important enough”.
