Chris Lake says, “A few years ago I compiled a list of things that I find abhorrent when using websites. Things that I cannot tolerate for more than a few seconds, and which invariably cause me to press the back button.
What am I referring to? Autosound, for starters. Pagination. Pop-ups. Slow loading speeds. And a whole bunch of other crimes against the user experience. You’ll still encounter these things most days, unfortunately.
Now, let’s get this out of the way: our own website leaves a lot to be desired, from a user experience perspective”.
