Jay Acunzo says, “Every single day, I wake up and thank God that I don’t write sitcoms for a living. (Just go with this for a second.) Can you imagine being those writers? You’d toil away day after day trying like mad to pull something — anything! — unique and interesting from the same tired storylines that everyone’s heard a million times before.

But hypothetically, if marketing and sitcoms overlapped, then I’d be doomed to eke out a living with these awful scripts”.
