Research: 33% Plan to make a purchase through voice-controlled device

Walker Sands has released Walker Sands 2017 Future of Retail study which signals the rise of the connected consumer and changes in shopper behaviors and expectations. According to the report, 19% of surveyed consumers have made a voice purchase using a voice-controlled device in the past year.
