Their backgrounds and experiences were very different — Rahal explains that he didn’t have a ton of ecommerce experience, while Bisterzo claims this wasn’t his first rodeo — but the process of actually making their first sales were similar.

Both required patience, resilience and an understanding that things are simply not going to turn out the way you hope at every step of the way.
