The power of online reviews is not reserved just for e-commerce. Local businesses are particularly impacted by the amount and quality of their online reviews.
Here’s a perfect example: This past Mother’s Day my son decided to give me my favorite gift – a 90-minute massage. But since he lives in Brooklyn and I live in Covington, KY (outside of Cincinnati), he left it up to me to decide where to go for my massage”.
